All priority shipping orders will include insurance, ensuring the safety of your products during the shipment process. If you opt out of insurance, you take full responsibility for any risks that may occur during shipping. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
Processing Times
Processing times are between 1-2 weeks (up to 14 business days) for sewn products and 1-2 weeks for other items. We are a one-woman-owned business with an amazing team of four individuals who handcraft all your orders. Please be patient with us, as all of our products are handmade and made to order.
Shipping Notifications
Emails will be sent out once products ship, which will include your tracking number for reference. If you select expedited shipping during the checkout process, your order will arrive to you sooner!
